so last night i checked out slims. yay
Talking House Productions put on the show..
Mud, Poor Bailey, The Actual, and Company Car played
i was pretty stoked 'cause i finally got to see The Actual.. ive been trying to check 'em out but every other show they've had i couldnt make.. so ya.
if u werent there.. you missed Alicia (bassist of Audrye Sessions) Dave (lead vocals in Street to Nowhere) and James (lead vocals of Push To Talk) get up on stage w/ Poor Bailey and join in singing


also.. you missed a chance to win an ipod.. and to get a free t shirt and cd... moral of the story?... when i say you should go to a show.. listen to me. kidding.. but i you weren't there you missed out

I dragged my pops out to it as well.. (the older generation likes Poor Bailey) hah
'twas pretty cool.. i had figured he'd be passed out by the end of the night but to my surprise on the way home he decides he wants to go to breakfast... did i mention it was... 1230? hah.. which lead to gettin eggs hashbrowns and toast at Mel's and strories from his past.. so.. those of you who read this.. follow my example and take your dads out to a show.. its rather fun.. and they pay.

i got photos n videos which should be up sometime today or tomorrow... sorry if its not that great of quality.. i tend to avoid using flash... and then i was too lazy to move from the bar to the front of the stage for some of the pictures... so ya check photobucket/youtube

I gotta say i liked The Actual... the 4 guys seemed to just fit together.. i dont know.. the makeup of some bands can seem really awkward.. but the guys in the Actual went together.. so that was good. their sound wasnt that bad either. hah.

It was nice to see Poor Bailey again.. its been a few months since ive seen the whole band play.. although, i really do like it when Vicknair does a set on his own..
